1. Hardware Warranty Coverage:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware product under normal use for a period of Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Rapid.Space will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts,

Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent if needed.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), or consumable parts (e.g., batteries, cables).

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

Damage caused by operating the product outside the intended use or specifications.

Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone not authorized by Rapid.Space.

Software, data loss, or peripheral devices not supplied by the Rapid.Space.

4. Limitations of Liability
The Rapid.Space’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, or replacement of the product.
The Rapid.Space is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit.
