By default, all Rapid.Space products include managed service for:

  • IPv6 backhaul (based on re6st)
  • OSS (based on SlapOS Master)
  • KPI generation (based on Wendelin)

BSS service is not included and should be acquired independently.

To facilitate access to Rapid.Space all-in-one/plug-and-play products, Rapid.Space has introduced the webshop (shop.rapid.space) provides an automated process for those who wish to obtain small quantities at a cost-efficient price.

Webshop proposes mainly "Edge cloud" pricing (renting) and a few CAPEX pricing (acquiring) for certain products. 

"Edge Cloud" pricing - also called OPEX price: Setup price + Monthly fee *24 (commitment of 24 months with one-off payment at the order.)

Important notice:

  • The "Edge Cloud" mode provides an alternative solution to try Rapid.Space product and services at a cost-efficient price. By choosing this product, you will receive a plug-and-play product and 24 months of usage access as end user.
  • The price DOES NOT include root access. You can't access the product via your local network (no SSH access, no HTTP access). You will configure the product through the GUI located in the Rapid.Space cloud (panel.rapid.space).
  • The product should be returned at its original state when 24 months commitment is reached.
  • You can also extend subscriptions (monthly payment) without commitment when 24 months is reached. The subscription monthly invoice and payment will be processed directly on the Rapid.Space cloud (panel.rapid.space).
  • If you pay one more year of rental fees upon reaching the 24-months commitment, the ownership of the product will be transferred automatically. 
  • During the subscription period (24 months or more): hardware RMA service, software upgrade (incl. Amarisoft license), service support through ticket system on panel.rapid.space are all included.

The hardware should be returned with its related accessories provided previously, preferably but not obligated, in their original package, with necessary packing protections. The product's appearance should not have any signs of damage. The product is supposed to be working normally before the return. 

CAPEX pricing: order on webshop or contact sales@rapid.space to request CAPEX offer.

  • CAPEX pricing includes 12 months hardware warranty, software upgrade (incl. Amarisoft license) and service support through ticket system on panel.rapid.space.
  • To extend hardware RMA service and software upgrade (incl. Amarisoft license) and service support through ticket system, please contact sales@rapid.space .
  • OPEX can be changed into CAPEX at any time by paying 36 months subscription fee one-off.

ORS SDK

For ORS series, Rapid.Space proposes SDK versions that include root access in response to specific client requests.

  • The ownership of the ORS hardware is transferred at the purchase.
  • The price includes Amarisoft NW200 license for 4G/5G test & measurement (max bandwidth: 20 MHz) with root access.
  • Include 12 months hardware warranty, software upgrade (incl. Amarisoft license) and service support through ticket system on panel.rapid.space.

ORS SDK600

Important notice: 

  • The ownership of the ORS hardware is transferred at the purchase.
  • The price includes Amarisoft N600 license for 4G/5G test & measurement (license max bandwidth: 50 MHz) with root access.
  • 12 months hardware warranty, software upgrade (incl. Amarisoft license) and service support through ticket system on panel.rapid.space.

Sock and MOQ: for ORS series, Rapid.Space keeps certain quantities of stock for band 28/38/39/41/42/43/77/78/79. For other OEM bands, the MOQ is at 10 units per order, please contact sales@rapid.space to request offer.
