Q: Do you provide NMS software without any hardware?

Yes, NMS software can be delivered preinstalled on a hardware or as a software only.

Q: Is the NMS software compatible with a virtual environment (KVM/Proxmox)? Do you provide virtual version of the software (OVA, OVF, ISO)?

The NMS software can run on a VM but there is no preinstalled virtual version of the software. No matter if you install it on a hardware or a software, the installation script will fetch the software from internet by default. If there are technical limitations to access internet, the software can be delivered on a USB stick (there will be additional fees for installation though).

Q: What are the system prerequisites (CPU, RAM, disk, ...)?

For a bare minimal system (supporting only one ORS), you will need the following:

• 8 cores
• 16GB RAM
• 100GB disk

For a system supporting up to 1000 ORS, you will need the following:

• 48 cores
• 256GB RAM
• 4TB disk

Q: What OS are supported?

We recommend using latest stable Debian version. We are also supporting Fedora. Feel free to contact us if you want to check the support for any other OS. Since the installation is using SlapOS, it may be supported.
