First, please make sure that a member of the Rapid.Space ORS team has created a Wendelin Telecom account for you with the email address of your choice.

For security reasons, your account is created with an unknown, randomized initial password which you will need to reset.
In order to do that, go to the Wendelin Telecom website and click on I forgot my password!.

Then, enter your chosen email address in the Username field, and confirm by clicking on Recover your Account: a recovery email should be sent to your email address.

You should have received an email like the example presented above. If that is not the case, please contact a member of the Rapid.Space ORS team.

Click on the provided link, enter your new password in the two corresponding fields, then confirm by clicking on Reset Password.

You should now be able to login to Wendelin Telecom with your new user account.

Return to the login page, enter your credentials and click on Login.

NOTE: Your username is the email address with which your account has been registered.

You should now be on the Wendelin Telecom homepage, which presents you with a list of your registered ORSs.

As indicated by the instructions on the page, simply click on an ORS to be taken to its information page.

In the panel on the left of the screen, you will then find the list of all the graphs available for viewing. For example, the screenshots above show how to access the E-RAB Accessibility KPI graphs.

NOTE: For performance reasons, the KPI data is dynamically resampled to only show up to 1000 points at a time on a graph. If you want to see more detail within a particular time range, you can select the desired range with your mouse directly on the graph to zoom in.

• (4G only) E-RAB Accessibility KPI
• RRC Connection Request
• Ue Count
• Ue Count + RRC
• RRC Paging
• Failure Rate on RRC Security Mode
• Unsuccessful RRC Connection Attempt
