Q: Can I register neighbors on the ORS for integration with other ORS within a single cluster or for integration with external eNBs into a single cluster when integrated with a single external EPC.
A: Adding neighbors for 5G handover is supported without root access: https://www.erp5.com/rapidspace-Document.Blog.ORS.Handover.gNB . It will soon be added for 4G.
