The compatibility of mobile phones depend on the model, the region, the software, etc. For test purpose, please use Amarisoft Simbox.
You can first check if your mobile phone supports the band and frequency of your ORS.
Many phones will block 5G features when using a non-operator PLMN ID (PLMN IDs are flashed into the SIM cards and configured in 5G and core network), or will require SIM cards to be configured in a special way, we are currently working around this. Many phones also have bugs in 5G which needs to be workaround. Also, recent androids will disable 5G when certain non essential features are not activated, such as VoNR, so some phones which used to work, and don't now. Some phones advertise bands they do not actually support.
